    Excellent

Outstanding book idea! Now I don't have to look up information, before we travel, it's all in the book. Didn't know there were that many 24 hour and after hour Vets. Lots of other info.

    A reviewer

This a wonderful find for any pet owner! It is unique and offers a variety of helpful information when traveling with your pet 'near or far'. If you ever traveled with your pet and needed veterinary help, you know what a terribly helpless feeling it is, especially if you are in a strange place. It is even more difficult and worse, when it is after-hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday (on the road or even at home). This book provides great information on over 700 facilities just like that. It also has ASPCA Poison Control info 'their number, toxic & non-toxic plant lists, etc.', as well as evacuation info should you be traveling in parts where weather conditions might require you to evacuate. A great book to keep with you at home and in your travels. It is comprehensive and a great idea!
