This was all that passed between them on the subject, but henceforth Wendy knew that she must grow up. You always know after you are two. Two is the beginning of the end."

    Fantastically Whimsical

Peter Pan is a book I'm sure you've all heard of-- or at least you've heard of the movie. But the book is a whole second realm of wonders and oddities. I highly recommend trying it out.
    PS (and it's free).

    Greatest Children's Tale Ever Told

The tale of Peter Pan may be the greatest children's tale ever, appealing to children of all ages. Peter Pan and Wendy is the book J. M. Barrie wrote based upon his successful play. It portrays the boundlessness of imagination, childrens' struggles with adults over independence and identity, and the inevitable loss of innocence as one grows up. The volume I purchased for my 2-year old daughter has beautiful illustrations throughout and is printed on thick paper, to help perserve it through (I'm sure) many readings. The only problems I had with the story was probably due to its age: the author's early-20th-Century English prose is a little thick for young minds, and of course some of the comments about the tribe of Redskins may be viewed as derogatory. Still, I recommend this book for those with children, or those of us who never really grew up.

    Could be better

I found it very annoying how the title kept cropping up in the text. It made it very confusing.

Confusing at first, but, after a few pages, it is really fun and engaging. But, there are HORRIBLE typos. And also very confusing and strangly placed headlined. But other then that it is a very charming classic. Try it.

We've all heard of the popular Disney "Peter Pan" but

We've all heard of the popular Disney "Peter Pan" but have you considered reading the book? "Peter Pan and Wendy" was written by
J.M Barrie back in 1911.This book tells the story of the little boy Peter who didn't want to grow up and the adventures he experienced in
Neverland with Wendy and her brothers, the lost boys, and you can't forget, Tinkerbell! Barrie puts a greater perspective on all the
characters introduced in the book and what it's really like to be in the little island of Neverland. You are put into Peter's shoes
when you read this book and you can see a much more deeper side to his personality than you may have thought. As a reader, you feel
like you are in Neverland itself because of the amazing detailed imagery. J.M Barrie makes children's imaginations seem realistic
allowing you to open up to your inner self and feel like a little kid again. The only thing I did not like about this book was the authors
old fashioned diction. Since the book was written in 1911, the word choice is very old making it hard to understand for younger minds.
If you're up for an amazing journey through Neverland and can deal with old English then I would definitely recommend this book.
J.M Barrie is a great author who really know how to make you nostalgic.
