About the Author

Sir James Matthew Barrie, 1st Baronet, OM, born on the 9th of May 1860 in Kirriemuir, Angus, Scotland and died on the 19th June 1937 in London. He was a Scottish author and dramatist and is best remembered today as the creator of Peter Pan.
