    Image Quality Lacking

I had high expectations for the electronic version of this field guide. I was disappointed with image quality. The image quality in a field guide is vital and these lack crispness and detail.

    Fuzzy graphics

The graphics in this are not up to the standards of my Nook. I will use it, because it covers what I want in a field book and it is one less thing to carry on a trip, but I am disappointed in the fuzzy pictures.

    Bad deserves no stars!

I ordered this book, Peterson's guide to birds, and then was told it wasn't available as app but it would be available soon so I should wait and I have since May 2013! Since then I have asked.for a refund but have received no reply. I will never order from Nook again.
