This book was not on our book list for Nursing 101. But our instructor suggested that we purchase it to help memorize the medications with signs and symptoms that are important for our patients. It was very useful and the pictures are a great way to memorize the medications. It is very creative and EASY to understand. It gives simple examples. It picks out the most important things that you must know in regards to the medication. If you learn by visualizing, the pictures/characters make it easier to remember the information. If you are having a hard time memorizing medications and side effects this book will REALLY help.
