Meet the Author

Celeste A. Morello, MS. MA, is a historian and criminologist in Philadelphia, but her cookbooks that wrap recipes around previously unknown history have been best-sellers. Morello's three volume series on the Philadelphia Mafia: Before Bruno: The History of the Philadelphia Mafia (1880 to 1959) where some of the Mob Families had given recipes for Morello's cookbooks.
