About the Author

Rabindranath Mukherji is a scholar on contemporary socio-economic developments. He did his Ph.D on modern finance in 1979. He wrote Economics of Soviet's Foreign Trade and Aid: A Critique, Comprador Bourgeoisie in India, Finance Capital and Crisis, Peasant Question in India and some other works. He has a number of papers published in the economic journals and books edited by eminent teachers in economics.
