An accomplished master teacher and yogi, Lee is the founder/director of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. A program that has been featured in Yoga Journal and elsewhere. Lee gives training programs and workshops and appears at conferences throughout North America, Australia and Europe.

PHOENIX RISING YOGA THERAPY A Bridge from Body to Soul By: Michael Lee Yoga always seems to me to be for the young and so I never thought of doing or even trying Yoga. All though I’ve heard people say it was also for the mind to relax it and the spirit. My mind always seems to be going a hundred miles a minute. Michael came from Australia a back ground in Education and Psychology, also a master teacher in Yogi. Mr. Lee is the founder/director of the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Have you ever wondered with all the drugs the DRS. give you for every little thing how good those synthetic pills are for your body and life? I first started to think of the synthetic pills when I started to give them to my best friend my pup funny never gave it a thought when I was taking them. Well as Yoga teaches you that it is with mind, body and spirit. That you relax your mind and find inter peace. Yoga means “union” Yogi is concerned with what happens to someone in their body, in their mind and in their spirit and doesn’t view those parts separately. Meditation is a great way to relax your mind and learn your inter most thoughts of your spiritual life. As an American I think we have lost what is important to keeping our health better. The way that Mr. Lee talks about Yoga is the way I have always heard of Yoga where you experience your spirit in connecting with the Divine Being that lives within each of us. You have to let your mind relax and then your body as you do Yoga Mr. Lee says. This book is really interesting. I recommend it highly. Read it with a well rested mind at least I feel that way I can remember things better if my mind has been relaxed better than cluttered with junk.
