The book is colorful, the exercises make it fun, but they use some words that are good for the vowel treatment but really make you wonder, like jay rather than bluejay or pray showing 2 hands clasped together?! And some words are so abstract unless you get the repetition in the book you would never get it like say or spray or ray as in ray of light?! They are cheaper than Kumon and if you think Kumon is overpriced not a bad book to get but personally I rather pay more and get exercises that are better thought out and make more sense in the end.
