This is a great atlas for studying human anatomy. Having only two hours a week in lab with the cadavers, it has proved very useful. This atlas was listed as an optional reference for our class, but I think it should be required, judging on how much it has helped me. There are multiple views of each section, so you can see all the bones, muscles, etc. from many angles. It comes second only to having a skeleton or cadaver to look at. It makes it easy to see how each part fits together, something you can't get from many atlases. I was skeptical at first that a loose-leaf atlas would be any good, but the format is actually quite nice-I keep it in my binder and am able to look at it whenever I have free time between classes. Definitely worth the money.
