If you are looking for a handy guide to photographing NYC, or other urban areas, this is the book you want to pick up. it's a great book in that you can apply the principals and techniques to other urban areas closer to your own home or work area. It's cleanly laid out and helpful, with details to help you get the most out of your shots. it will show you what lenses were used and how they were used, along with tips for different effects. Maps and points of interests fill the book, and is a very entertaining read. It is a must for any urban photographer. It will help you get the results you're looking for on a project. Moreover, it's a very enjoyable read. Definitely worth picking up!
