A BIG HELP IF YOU ARE LOST IN THE HELP MENU OR INSTRUCTION AT SCHOOL

This book was bought before I ventured into my class in Web Design. Little did I know how helpful it was going to be to me. It actually saves me much time when I am trying to remember how to do layers, copying from one image into another, and other tricky pieces of the Photoshop game. Somehow I think Adobe could take lessons from Peter Bauer and come up with a radically different way of writing instructions for the users to follow. The funny part is: my instructor talks so fast that the book is a necessary accompaniment to the text book produced by the Digital Classroom folk! yet she looked at this book and said they should adopt it for the class at my school! I knew then I had done right by purchasing it. I also highly recommend the one for Dreamweaver CS4 as well as Illustrator CS4 and any other application in the CS4 suite. You cannot go wrong with simple plain English as well as the author insights of the Dummies Series books.

    A1BOOKS! 10 days late!

Just another upsetting experience. I ordered this book from A1BOOKS to learn about this program on my winter vacation, relying on the given date, allowing another few for margin. I got the book almost two weeks later!
Also, the customer service and communication is just horrible. I wrote a few emails to the email on the webpage for c service, and I got back an auto reply every time to please put the order number, which I have! However, nothing else besides the auto reply ever came as a response!
