Specialization is necessary to excell in all we do. Professionals do and athletes must concentrate on developing their strengths and improving their skills. The general training we are exposed to as young athletes is designed to allow everyone to participate. It was not sufficient to maximize the potential of the exceptional athlete or the everyday athlete. Concentration on the needs of each position for a sport or an athlete must be specific. This book will open your eyes to a better way. You must be willing and open to the possibilities reaching a new higher level. This is a paradigm shift to a new methodology.
