    Nice try, but ultimately disappointing

Well, I love bluegrass music and I love Garth Brooks, so I thought this album would be the perfect mix. It is pretty good, but it just doesn't break out of medicority...the original songs already have a lot of bluegrass flavor in them and the artists here just don't really go any further than that.
