My grandma mama has an african grey parrot named Murphy. She likes to dance and ask papa if he wants an apple. She hates puppets and stuffed animals. She never comes out of her cage and doesnt let anyone hold her and bites.
Pickles is the voice of a very smart and funny African Grey parrot that keeps his owners, Georgi and Neil on the straight and narrow. Or tries to. Mrs. Abbott brings to life the day to day ups and downs of living with these highly intelligent, misbehaving, lovable birds. Her observations capture the mischievous and humorous personality of Pickles. A very heartwarming, funny read. Mrs. Abbott also shares tips on care and behaviorial issues that are so useful!! This book is a joy for parrot owners and non-parrot owners alike!
