Would never again purchase from B&N. Totally unorganized and terrible overseas customer service. Needed this book within 5 days of ordering. Received a n email that the book was out of stock but would be shipped when ready. Cancelled the order and then about 4 days later received an email that the order had shipped. Called B&N for a return label. 7 days later, no bookl, no tracking number. Charge is still on my CC account. This is what happens when you farm out jobs to india or wherever the call center is located.
