"PILATES," A BOOK OF CLARITY & INSPIRATION!

"Pilates" goes hand in hand with my teacher's instructions. The illustrations are both inspirational and helpful outside of class, providing detailed comparisons of the correct poses and the incorrect ones.

My teacher says "If the exercises feel too easy, you're not doing them right." The book says this, too.

Because doing pilates is an everyday exercise of both the body and the mind, this book keeps the student focused while encouraging the daily practice.

I heartily recommend this book and wish I'd had it years ago. However, it's never too late to start. I'm 74 years young and started my second session of classes this morning. What a great way to start the day!

    Loved this pilates book !!!

I have read so many books on pilates and this book is the one I liked the most. The photos are great in helping you to do the various moves. There is a series of exercises moving you from one exercise to the next. Very simplified ! From beginners levels to advanced! Will motivate you !

    Great for All Levels

This book not only includes step-by-step exercises, but has two-page spreads that include each excersize for the level (beginning, intermediate and advanced). So, once you know the exercises, you can just open the the level page and have the whole workout right there! The pictures are detailed and the corrections sound like they came out of my pilates instructor's mouth.

    Profusely Illustrated

An excellent book for someone who wishes to learn these exercises without the benefit of an instructor. Profusely illustrated, clearly written, it takes the reader from beginner to advanced workouts.
