Hands down most informative book that I have ever put my hands on. Literally changed my life within hours of reading it. I now have perfect posture and am on my way to no back pain!

Jesus and this book really helped to reshape my life i learned so many things that i passed down to my childen i toned my body to get a slim sexy phsyique and now i weigh only 178 only after 2 months of working (i lost about 34 pounds) It's a miracle worker
