This book is a great book not just for improving the quality of our sex life with our partners but for a solid core
work out. I like that it really focuses on the muscles inside and not just the ones we see from the outside. I feel
stronger and more confident. Great book for anyone wanting to get really strong and be healthy. It was easy to
follow and anybody can start the program regardless of pilate's experience of fitness level. Lots of medical research
went into this book and I'm using it now for everyday core exercises. I love this exercise book!
