    Interesting

Interesting plot with well formed characters. I certainly enjoyed the author's concept of space travel and could picture the old sailing ships of the past wending their way through the spaces between the stars. As a "cat person" I loved the introduction and role of Spin in the book.

I gave this 3 stars (rarely do I give a book 5) due to the author needing a good editor. Run on sentences in few places, but what kept throwing me out of the story was the need for proper punctuation in many places. The author needs to learn the use of a comma and semi-colon. Otherwise I still recommend the story itself and plan on reading the next in the series.

    Recommend

Although the concept of a sailing ship going from sea to space is a lot of fiction and very little science, I enjoyed this story. Characters were excellent and the interaction between varous characters made the whole concept sime how believable.

There were some spelling, grammar, and editing issues but they really did not detract from the story.

    Interesting story but needs editing

Really liked the plot line and first part of book quite intriquing....then became tedious with many details that added nothing to story with lots of grammar mistakes that made reading the rest rather annoying. Writer has potential for sure if a good editor works with her.
