Let's start stirring!

Remove from heat and add soy milk. Return to heat and simmer another 5 minutes, or until steaming. Remove from heat.

Pour chai through a large strainer into a teapot. Stir in honey or maple syrup and serve. Or chai may be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day and then served cold over crushed ice.

This is the cutest cookbook I've ever seen! I use it often for snack ideas in my children's party planning business.

We really had fun making things in this cookbook. We had a slumber party and the other girls enjoyed picking recipes to make.

I bought this book for a friend of mine's daughter who turned 3. I wish that I had something like this when I was little. Most of the recipes must be prepared by an adult but it would be a very special time for a mother and daughter to create thes fun recipes.
