Meet the Author

Molly Evangeline's passion for writing began when she was eight years old while witnessing her mom's own love for writing. For years she wrote as a pastime and in 2003 at age fifteen she began writing her first historical Christian novel, The Pirate Daughter's Promise, book one of her Pirates & Faith series. In 2008 it became the first of her books to be published. Since then she has completed and published the three remaining books of the series.

Molly credits her success to God and her mom's teaching, guidance, and decision to home school her from kindergarten through high school. Besides writing fiction, Molly enjoys journaling, designing and sewing costumes from her stories, and being outdoors. She is twenty-two years old and is currently working on a new series, a Christian fantasy trilogy, while living at home with her family in Wisconsin.

    A reviewer

    Once I started this book, I couldn't put it down. You feel the emotion in the characters, wanting them to succeed and the villian to be defeated. I also loved the historical aspect. The author can really paint a picture. There are many twists and turns with a delightful ending. Can't wait to see what is next.
