Editorial Reviews

School Library Journal
PreS-While sailing his boats during a picnic, this childlike pig begins an imaginary adventure similar to those embarked upon in Fire Fighter PiggyWiggy (2001) and Astronaut PiggyWiggy (2002, both Handprint). Along with his stuffed animal friends, he sails "the seven seas" and searches for buried treasure. When his journey comes to an end, he and his companions delve into their picnic basket, which holds the "treasure" they love best. The brightly colored backgrounds and boldly drawn illustrations carry the story along and have lots of child appeal. Children are sure to enjoy PiggyWiggy's latest adventure.-Melinda Piehler, North Tonawanda Public Library, NY Copyright 2003 Reed Business Information.
