Pirate's Promiseby Bobbi Smith
WINNING HER HOME WAS EASY.
Throwing a young woman out of her home is hardly
Tall, broad, and strikingly handsome, Adam Trent could tempt any woman, especially in his secret guise as the swashbuckling Captain Spectre. But when this daring buccaneer wages a seductive campaign against a beauty whose passion matches his own, he's not prepared for what awaits him.
WINNING HER HOME WAS EASY.
Throwing a young woman out of her home is hardly decent behavior-even for a pirate. But when Adam Trent wins the Ducharme plantation in a card game, he knows it's the perfect base for a covert scheme of revenge in which he sails the bayous as Captain Spectre. Adam agrees to let Lianne Ducharme stay until she comes of age-a decision he soon regrets. For Lianne fascinates him, and Adam cannot afford the distraction.
WINNING HER LOVE COULD COST HIM EVERYTHING
Too bad that the most virile man Lianne Ducharme has ever met is also the most infuriating. With no choice but to stay at Belle Arbor as his "guest," Lianne gradually yields to her own budding desires. But there is far more to Adam than Lianne knows. And succumbing to a pirate's promise of bliss could be the surest path to heartbreak.

I loved this book, it took me on a non-stop adventure that seemed to keep me on the edge of my seat the entire time!! Bobbi Smith told a love story like no other, and a few other love stories at the same time. I would defenitly recomend this to any romance lover.
I tend to read quite fast when I am enjoying a good book. I thought that that this book, being a little longer than most other romances I read would take me at least a few nights.(510 pages) Boy was I wrong. I started reading at about 9:30 pm and finished in the wee hours of the morning. Good Book! Would recommend it. Has some saucy love parts in it too.
Excellence story by Bobbi Smith, I hope it will be available for nook, I would love to reread this book.
This is my favorite Historical romance book ever. I read alot of historical romance novels and I must say Bobbi Smith has got it going on. I really could not put this book down. The length of the book is long but it is non stop pleasurable all the way through. The hottest part about this book is the scene when Lianne follows Adam to the bayou and she gets captured onto the ship. Captain Spectre who is actually Adam haves a little fun with his woman. The love scenes are totally hot! Bobbi has a way to pull all of her scenes in the book together. She doesn't leave out any details and has a really good plot.
