I used several recipes from this book to cater a wedding some...What?...
15 years ago.  The marriage was doomed, the Midwestern blue collar
guests drank heavily and only partook of the huge barrel of potato chips
thoughtfully provided by the bride (a farm girl), but man, the food was
freaking fantastic!!!  Excellent, delicious recipes.  Highly recommended.
