Pizza on the grill is a delicacy. I never though of cooking pizza on the grill until I got a new grill that came with a pizza stone? I thought that was weird but is has opened us up to a delicacy of food that is unimaginably awesome to eat. I funny part is my new pizza stone for the gril has yet to be used. This book is full of GREAT RECIPES and has great tips/instructions to teach you how to make the perfect GRILLED PIZZA - if you have never had a grilled pizza made over a charcoal fire? - you owe it to yourself to do it - EVERY PIE HAS HAD MY FAMILY BRAGGING HOW THEY HAVE NEVER HAD PIZZA THIS GOOD! and trust me we have had pies from all over the country but NONE compare to home made on the charcoal grill ! Can't wait to try ALL the included recipes. Remember the book is only the beginning, it will give great insight for making your pies but the possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Which I really enjoy because it makes deciding on a pizza so much easier. I can just go to the section I am in the mood for. I love that there are gluten free options if that is something that you need. It is helpful and since we sometimes eat that way it makes things easier.
