    trust the LORD

GOD ways are not ours. This book came to me when I needed that lesson brought to the forefront. HE watches over us and solves our problems in HIS way if we only trust HIM.. An excellent read without being preachy

    Great story

This was truly a great story. Although I figured out what had happened pretty quickly. I wish the conclusion had not been on the last page though because it took so long to get to it. It would have been wonderful to read more about the life of the family in Bliss after the plot was revealed.

    Good!!!!

An exceptionally good book. Gave a very realistic and quite accurate story about the settlement of the western bush area of Canada. I highlt reccomend this book to all high school age and older. The reason for this is not due to bad language or the torrid sex scenes found in so many books, it is because of the descriptive narative concerning the early birth ( very difficult birth) of one baby and at the same time the early birth of another. If your child is mature enough to handle this then I see no reason to prevent them from reading this great story!

    Good

I really enjoyed the book. However the ending was too short and disappointing. I would have rated it higher if it had not endef so abruptly.

    Don't waste your time

Silly storyline just chock full of overly overbearing Christiani teachings. It was free so what would one expect. I gave two stars because I wanted this warning to be posted.

    Interesting Story.

As I read this book I kept wondering why was this happening? At the end all is explained, well some of it. How so many people have suffered on the way to America in search of a better life. What about the relationship between Margo and her nanny? Some will be revealed at the end. Enjoy the book.

This was a very moving story of chance meetings and true friendships. Gods love traversing race, mistrusts, and even war enemies. I would highly recommend this book

    Lilywolf

I agree about some things being private for only certain people to know. Unfortunately Mouse is only getting worse with me. She basically said we weren't friends even though I've only been helping her constantly this past week. I don't understand. Goldy and Velvet and I have always been great together and I thought Mouse was that way to. But now it's like she doesn't even care to stay friends. *sigh* Guess I'll just focus more on taking care of the clan. And I don't think you forgot anything! Glad you like the ear mark. I'm ready basically whenever you want to start so if we wait that's just fine! Yes Thistlestar is gone a lot. -_- I've been debating what to do with Rainclan and Sandclan. No deputy is unacceptable. And I'm really sorry Shell but don't you believe anything your mom says if it's like that. It's not your fault at all that they overdosed her and she has no right to make you feel guilty! She created you so in no way is any of that your fault. I'm really sorry she treats you like that. It's so unfair! She should teach you at the very least or send you to public school! That's really sad that you can't be with your dad but don't give up okay? At 18 you'll be able to go and make a life for yourself without any added garbage from your mom. I'm sure you can get into some sort of college! You write really well! As for God, I understand why you would feel that way. See I think sometimes people get a false conception of God. God doesn't often magically fix things. I've only witnessed him doing that once for my dog when she slipped a disk. Often he sits back and let's people be the miracle because they have the power. You might not realize it but you simply surviving through all of this is a miracle. If you can be the best you you can be under the circumstances it'll help shape who you are and people will realize what a light you are being. God always answers our prayers but sometimes the answer is no. We don't know his plan or timing. It can take years and years before we begin to see it. But if you hold on to your faith and just do your best in the presant then someday you can be proud of what you overcame. Christians are never destined to live easy lives. Often they are the ones persecuted. But if you ever doubt your purpose or are just having a really rough day, come talk with me okay? I think you're special Shellpool and I consider you a very close friend. I'm not sure if other people consider me their friend after the way Mouseheart just turned on me but I always thought of people on here as my friends. I want to keep that with you. You can rant to me, ask questions, or we can just chat! Just know that even if you feel others don't care I think you're special and I know God has a path for you if you trust him. I watched that video by the way. That is a very moving song. I'm naturally strong so I've never understood very well the hopelessness people sometimes feel. But that helped. Fortunately no one is depressed at my school but if they were I'd definately want to help them. I felt especially bad for the mom. I know the girl was hurting but by her leaving the mom is forever left wondering what she could've done to change things and I find that really sad. ~ Lilywolf &hearts
