He is currently a principal in the management consulting firm, New Paradigms LLC, where he specializes in helping organizations effectively and successfully embrace change and engage their workforces. Mark published his first book, Managing Whole People: One Man’s Journey, in 2008 and two ebooks, Compliance to Commitment: A Foundation for Employee Engagement and Building an Employment Brand, in 2011.
