    A Honey of a Story!

It’s time for the Harmony Festival in Moraine, Wisconsin. All the shopkeepers are setting up outdoor displays, there will be a parade and even a Honey Queen. Story is none to happy with this year’s queen but there are other things for her to worry about, like a 12 year old whose is experimenting creating explosives, her mother’s new boyfriend and an out-of-towner trying to reap the benefits of the home town festival.

Then there’s that darn disappearing body, she tripped over it in the cemetery, but by the time help arrives the body is gone. It then turns up in a most unusual spot and when his identity is revealed Story realizes there are even more things she needs to worry about. The search for the truth “bee-comes” very interesting and danger could “bee” lurking around every corner.

    I love this series.

Hannah Reed definitely writes what she knows. She crafts an wonderful intelligent cozy mystery without a flaw. The characters are all unique and absolutely extraordinary. Each and every one will make a beeline right into your heart, even the characters we love to hate. I grow to love each one a little more with every page in this wonderful series. They never fail to put a smile on my face.

Mystery and mayhem are blended together to give us a honey of a story for our minds to enjoy. Reed is definitely the Queen Bee when it comes to cozy mystery.

    A Honey of a mystery

This was a good read. Story finds and loses a body only to turn up later in the worst place possible. The plot had me sticking to the pages and kept me guessing as I didn’t know which way to turn. I love the quirky characters of Moraine, the small-town feel and the non-stop action that resulted in exposing a killer. This was a very enjoyable read and I look forward to the next book in this charmingly sweet series.

One of the best cozy mystery series I've read!

I must admit, I consider cozy mysteries one of my guilty pleasures. There is nothing I love more than curling up on the couch after everyone has gone to bed and ending my day with hot cocoa and a mystery. Perhaps I am a bit biased, since I am a fellow Wisconsinite, but Hannah Reeds Queen Bee series has become one of my favorites. I love the small town setting, the fun little facts about Wisconsin and bee-keeping (something I've always found fascinating, by the way) and I find the characters to be easy to identify with and very fun, especially the protagonist, Story Fischer. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quirky, fun read complete with a whole lot of mystery :)

I really love this series, and this book is another winner! You know a
series is good when you want to live in the town where the books take
place. I definitely want to live in Moraine, eat Honey, and find me a
guy like Hunter. One of the best contemporary mystery series out there.
    Don't miss it!

I love books that start with a map. This book was easy-to-read and had a wonderful, interesting story that grabbed you right off of the bat and didn't let you go. I loved the author's writing style and might have to find more of her books to read. I found all of her characters very realistic and easy to identify with.

I love this series! This one is the best so far! Really. I am hooked on this series. It was so exciting to find a series that incorporated beekeeping into the storyline. I am a beekeeper and I JUST LOVE THIS. Well, I am also a fan of mystery novels...so imagine how thrilled I am to have both in one book. No spoilers included in my reviews. Just READ THE BOOK!!!!

This book, as all her books, are great! I enjoy how she keeps the plot moving and how she weaves all the personalities of the characters together to make the story so interesting. Anyone who likes a little jocularity, romance and mystery should read all of Hannah/Deb's books.
