If Law School is this awful, I'm not going!

I thought this book was utterly horrible. It was one big advertisement for other books and publishing companies. I was looking and expecting a discussion of what first year of law school might be like. Rather, this author concentrated on what books people should buy and provided names of publishing companies (i wonder if they helped get this book published at all). When he wasn't advertising for these publishing companies, he was discussing how horrible law school professors are. Warning to folks out there... the fact that this author used a pseudonym and the fact that he never discloses where he attended law school should be a big hint before purchasing this book. Speaking as an English major, it's not worth the money or time!

The best book on law school I have ever read

Planet Law School (PLS) offers excellent advice on what to do prior to, during and after law school. There is little information on how to get into school. There are a number of reccomendations and sources for 'pre law school' study. By following the authors advice, you should be far ahead of your classmates when you start school. Even if you have started law school, the book is worth its weight in gold.

Buy This Book If You Are Going To Law School!

I'm a first year in law School in New york. I bought PLS am onth before classes started, and I am better prepared for my classes and the law school experience than anyone else that I have met in my class. I wish I had bought it earlier so I could have taken better advantage of it, because this book details everything that you will need to know about getting in and tells you exactly what to expect and how to be prepared for it EACH YEAR of Law School. I've read Muunke, LS Confidential, Slaying the LS Dragon and LS Rules, and this book blows them all away by far! If you want to avouid the terror of first year and not knowing what you're getting into GET THIS BOOK!
