I've always been a fan of this franchise and the look into pre-Heston Apes world is very interesting. The ideas of the caste system in this world is intriguing. The characters are well developed but at times at little too one-note. The art is decent but not dynamic. I think this world, even though the ending is predetermined, has vast potential. Overall, a good but not great introduction into the Apes world.
