It's a comprehensive book, that covers all aspects of a solar thermal system. The calculations and the examples are very good and detailed. However too detailed for someone just wants some information about solar systems. Perfect book for engineers who are designing solar systems or wants to get the nitty ditty detail about a solar systems. The book is written for the european market, the data and the practical examples are more for european heating or roofing design. The reference section gives also for the US reader hints for further research. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This book is a great read for anyone who wants to be a solar thermal practitioner. It is complete and thourough and its a great way to learn without have to make the mistakes yourself. The only shortfall was that it was written for the European market so there were some items that weren't completely applicable to the American solar thermal installations. Was this review helpful?
