I was dreading studying for the exam, but found this way to review more interesting than fact-based lists found in most review books (a la First Aid). Maybe its because of my attention span, maybe I like real patients better than biochem equations, or maybe its because this book was so well written, but in any case, I didn't mind studying for step 2 like I hated step 1 review. This series (and this volume in particular) is a great way to prepare for your exam.

Excellent case-based review to cover the subspecialty info on Step 2 including cardiology, dermatology, neurology, rheumatology, heme/onc, gastroenterology and infectious disease. Cases are high-yield (in retrospect) and explanations simplify more difficult topics. This series was definitely my most valuable review source.
