What a good way to get back into your game I picked up this book at the club as a gift for a friend that has been having a bit of difficulty lately with his game. He wouldn't admit it, but I could see that his game has suffered in the last couple of years due to the stiffness and lack of flexibility that generally comes along with getting older. Although he promised to take a look at the book and follow its advice, I was skeptical. But I am glad that I was wrong. He's had it for several weeks now and says he does the yoga stretching exercises every day - sometimes twice a day. I watched him at the driving range this afternoon and I can honestly say that I see quite a bit of improvement. He's not as stiff, his swing is smoother, and even his game buddies were commenting on the difference!
