    Excellent Read!

I thoroughly enjoyed this read. As a young African-American man, I found the book to be inspiring and very insightful. The book was very well written and I look forward to future work from the author, Thom Mckinney!

    Great book!

Play The Game To Win is a good read for teens and adults alike. McKinney writes about his tough life growing up in his single parent home, and afterwards, the military. Readers will glean wisdom pearls from his hard learned lessons. The book has several memorable and humorous scenes from his former life of rebellion and naiveté. McKinney is practical without being preachy, and always genuine throughout!

    Play the Game to Win

I truly enjoyed reading this book which kept my interest from the very start. I couldn't put it down until I finished it. The author's life story touched some of my emotions. This book tells a story of how a young male overcame the odds, became successful and write to tell about his journey through life. I don't agree with everything but the book is informative and it brings back an old subject matter that has been discussed many times over the years and placed back on the shelf. I admire the author's honesty. I recommend it to mature young men and women, parents, and those who are looking for success and don't know how to find it.

This is an excellent book. Once I began reading it I could not put it down. I've ordered two additional copies for my daughters. If you haven't read this book order it now. You won't regret it.
