All Music Guide - Scott Yanow
Pianist-singer Page Cavanaugh came to fame during the second half of the 1940s with his trio which emulated to an extent the Nat King Trio, but put a greater emphasis on group vocals. Still, considering that the original Cavanaugh Trio's recordings remain scarce, this LP is worth picking up if found at a budget price. Highlights include "Nobody's Sweetheart," "The Blue Room," and "Coo Coo in the Clock."
