I tried the Pleasure Program and I've lost 8 pounds! I am so glad I bought this book. Most programs I've tried the food is horrible, but the Pleasure Program is definitely a Pleasurable Experience. My mind, body and spirit is totally rejuvenated by this book.

This is a wonderful boook. At first I was just reading it for entertainment, but I found allot of the information in this book to be very true. I have to admit, I am a skeptic, so its hard for me to believe in everything that I read. But this book has made a believer out if me. Read this book. I promise you will not be disappointed.
