I have studied with Christine Day taking course work since 2002. I am familiar with the alignment processes she introduces in the book. I have experienced them in workshops and use them in my daily life. They are powerful processes that have helped me in my
spiritual expansion and alignment. Having these initiation available for people through the book and CD is really amazing and very beautiful. Christine holds a very pure loving energy for students and now any person who picks up this book to transform, to grow, to heal and open into their own light and love of Self.

I purchased the book from Tattered Cover and love it. The CD's are a MUST wit this book. B&N did refund my moneys after 2 calls and one of the reps telling me that the CD's were not needed. That's not what the book says once you get into it. At the end of each chapter you MUST listen to the Audio CD and the section that pertains to that chapter. Very powerful!! I hope they learn how to load the CD's in the future.
