    Pocket Oxford Chinese Dictionary

I use this dictionary every day when I study for my Chinese class at the university or when I need to verify the symbol that I want to use in an oriental style painting. It takes getting used to in terms of use, but once you use it, it is a necessary tool. I could not do what I do without it. My only complaint is that the print is small. In this version, the print seems a little larger than the original version. (I have both.)

    Oxford Chinese Dictionary

My Chinese teacher recommended this for me. She said it would help while learning. When I brought it into class the next time I went, she seemed pleased. In the back, there is a section for useful every day expressions. For example: Meeting People, Going, Asking Questions, exetra. There's even a section for telling time and applying for a job! I found this very useful.
