This book was one of the best books I have EVER read! I and many others can relate to the different poems in the great book. And as said before Poems That Touch the Heart, is an amazing collection of poetry, for all generations. Many others like myself personally loved this book. One of the best books I have and will ever read. I was very very thrilled to read it!

    Family Heritage

Growing up in the small rural farm town of Conway Springs, KS in the days before copiers, my Mother found this book in the local library. She hand copied many of these poems into a notebook of poetry that she read in later years to my brother, sister, and me time and time again as we grew up. We loved to have her read them to us. These poems truly have touched our hearts. When I went away to college -- over twenty years ago now -- my Mother gave me a copy of this book. The pages are now dog-eared, the protective cover has long since worn away, and there are post-it notes sticking out all over, marking my favorites. I've given this book as gift many times, and it has always been well received. In other words, this is a classic.

This book truly nurtured my heart and soul.

I first purchased this book and gave it to my dear friends, Todd and Merritt, after they recently married. I purchased a second copy of this book for myself. This book truly nutured my heart and soul. This book is wonderful and as I say, 'You can never have to much of wonderful in your life.'

If you want to own only one poetry book make it this one

My great aunt had this book in her home. Whenever I visited her I would read from it just as my mother did when she was young. I happened upon it in the bookstore and was thrilled. My favorite poems are 'At Sunrise' and 'I Saw Two Clouds at Morning.'

Not only the heart but the soul of the heart itself!

I received this book as a gift from a 'special' friend and was thrilled to read it. The book not only thouched my heart but the spirit of it. Every poem vividly despicts situations of daily life, humor, love, and romance. Definitely, a treasure in your home!

    It does touch the heart

I bought this book when I was an vacation with my cousins. And I have treasured the book ever since. I read it almost every day to get done with the about 420 poems. This has been my favorite poetry book, and I know it will end up being yours!
