About the Author

Paul was born in Manila, Philippines to Filipino parents. He attended catholic schools including the prestigious Ateneo de Manila University. While attending the Ateneo, he curtailed his studies and went to attend the University of San Francisco, instead. When he was 17, he migrated to the United States, first Chicago and then the Bay Area. Currently, he lives in Portland, Oregon.

Paul had written several novels, including poetry and essays. Only in 2010, after working in sales for 20 years, did he decide to publish them. The first was "Pretty and Nowhere to Go" and then came "A Cottage in Another Country", "Deconstructing Connor" and "Poetry in America".

He develops a style all to his own. Writers observe and study their world and writes about them. Paul canvasses his world and translates them into stories. He writes with a scintillating flair. After reading his novels, his readers will feel a sense of catharsis that all are bound to be what it ought to be.
