Meet the Author

James was born and raised in a large mid-western city In Missouri. He completed one year of high school, then quit when his parents were transferred to Los Angeles for 2 years. James started working for the same company that transferred them in the mail room. After two years, all were transferred back to Missouri. The school he attended out in LA was so far ahead of the one he left in Missouri that he could not make up the gap of the 2 schools, though he tried hard every night with extra homework till 1 and 2 A.M. every morning.

James continued in the same job back in Missouri. He joined the Marine Air Reserves for one year, and then quit. The marines put his name into the Army draft pool and he was drafted into the Army for 2 years. Received his High School GED while serving 2 years in the army. He was then honorable discharged after 2 yrs of service in Texas.

James returned home and married his sweetheart of 5 years and began to raise 7 children in 7 years. The sum total of our instructions from the local priest who married us was, " Go and multiply". As you can see, he took him serious.

Along the way he was a Police officer for 10 years in that large city, which has a
story unto itself. Part of it is told in depth in his book. After his stint in the police force he landed into the automobile business. Served in sales and management for 25 years. But first and foremost he became a Born again Believer while in the automobile business, to date. But during those 10 yrs on the Police Dept before salvation, by the Grace of God he cheated death many, many times. See it for sure, in living color as you ride along with him night after night in the Bowls of the city in his Police Car and see for yourself.
