I read a lot of manga, but this has to be the best Pokemon Adventures. Pokemon Adventures was authored by Hidenori Kusaka and illustrated by Mato, and Satoshi yamamoto. Based on the Main Series Games. "This is the comic that most resembles the world I was trying to convey." Satoshi Tajiri said. The first chapter of Pokémon Adventures, much like the first games, chronicles the journeys of Red and Blue across the Kanto region, conquering its eight Gyms and the Pokémon League. Later, a third Trainer, Green, is added into the plot. Together, the three defeat Team Rocket, an evil organization that uses Pokémon for illegal acts. Red also helps Blaine to capture Mewtwo and saves a young girl from wild Pokémon in Viridian Forest called Yellow, who appears in volumes 4-7. In the end, as in the games, Red defeats Blue in the Pokémon League. The Author was successful in connecting me with the characters. My favorite was Red. The most important scene is when red was saved from drowning. I love this book/manga. My opinion is this is one of the best books I ever read(I’m only 13) but I still love the book/manga to pieces!

I bought this set for my son. He has read a few of the other sets of Pokémon books. He reads them in a matter of days. Great way to encourage your child to read!!
