    I never rate anything this well, but this book is for anyone that wants/needs information about the European Union. Hix's command of the subject and the amount of indepth research that is presented in a clear cut way is simply amazing.

    A smart and conceptual guide to alternative theorerical perspectives of EU

    This book contains a treasury of theoretical approaches to EU. It summarises and explores further the possibilities to study European Union as a political system. It is very innovative and challenges the most popular approaches, developed in international relation theory by offering completely different perspective.
