    not a true e-magazine

Unfortunately the blurbs and small print cannot cannot be changed text size wise so it is too small to read for my old eyes, especially while in a moving vehicle. Also the magazine will not switch from portrait to landscape so you wind up having to swipe to see the other part of some large photos

    Big Disappointment!!!

Cannot be read on MAC Laptops or iPhone 3GS! What is the problem?

I'm just trying to reduce the number of electronic devices I carry as much as possible, while still reducing the amount of paper I put in the landfills.

If PM continues to discriminate against laptops then I guess I will just have to cancel my subscription. Its not worth carrying an extra device just to read it!

    Can't enlarge the articles

Since I have very poor vision (my reason for getting a Nook, This magazine is totally useless for me since I could find no way to enlarge the articles so I could see them.

    No Pictures

Popular Mechanics is a great magazine! It, however, relies heavily on the great photographic work that accompanies each article; some of which are very short. Not having the photographic content makes reading Popular Mechanics a chore and a bore. I cancelled my trial subscription two days after activating it. It did however renew my interest in getting a print subscription. This subscription might be more interesting on a nook color, but I don't know if that would show pictures either. I have a regular nook.

Interesting except the liberal politics drag it down

I would love to read a tech magazine that didn't vomit the liberal agenda in every issue. Maybe every third would be bearable?

Does not take advantage of Nook Features

I canceled my Popular Mechanics subscription because it would not expand, rotate, or show article drop-downs on the Nook.

It's brethren magazine, Popular Science, does all of this just fine.

    changed e publication format

I have been a subscriber of the e Magazine for nook color for over a year. In the August edition it appears that the format was changed. Now I am no longer able to read it in landscape or change the type size, As a result I cannot easily read it. My ability to change font size was the main reason I got a Nook color so I could read magazines. I am a 81 year old person and do not have the eyesight of a young person. The bottom line is, with much regret I will be cancelling my e edition to this magazine, and hope other magazines do not follow them and make a similar change.

    Nook for PC-not good

AGAIN another publisher not putting their best foot forward and in this case a D grade for their Nook for PC Magzine Edition. NO COLOR and missing photos and graphic from the Nook Table and or Print editions. . . ICKY sums it up
