This book is over the top in terms of providing so much accessible information to anyone experiencing Postpartum Mood Disorders and anyone who loves them. This is truly an expert's travel guide through this foreign, scary, and life changing journey. Dr. Bennett tells it like it really is and is hopeful and helpful at all times. Her discussion about nutrition and its profound relationship in the healing and support of PPMD is much appreciated. (p.200-204)

This is the best book on postpartum depression and other postpartum mood disorders. This book was actually able to show me what was happening to me. Me and my family gained SO much from reading this book. It really saved me. The doctors were telling one thing and I just never felt what they were saying was true.... it wasn't. Most drs don't have formal training for postpartum mood disorders. I wanted to educate myself so I could also help others because nobody deserves postpartum disorders!Was this review helpful?
