Power Cards could be a very useful book for parents or teachers of children with Asperger Syndrome or Autism. Chapter One is so informative about the characteristics of Asperger Syndrome and Autism; the author explains everything so well. In the subsequent chapters, the author provides many examples of effective Power Cards and great ideas for parents and teachers. I am a special education teacher and used one example from this book already... it worked like a charm! The title says the info.in the book is for children and youth, and that is good. I hope the author would consider a similar book for young adults (i.e. college students) and adults who are newly diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. Was this review helpful?
