I firts baught the book on the cover alone, the name of the Author. I have had this book for a couple of years now and have read it three times minimum. I gave it 4 stars because I havent seen / read the other books, all I needed was in this book. It gave the exersises for each muscle, many diferent styles of training and dietry addvice for supplying muscle protiens and a whole lot more that would take to long to explain, this is a very good book for the thinking bodybuilder who wants to know how and why, This hepled me with my training and I hope it hepls youWas this review helpful?
