I just bought this book a few days ago and I already love it! It uses easy to find ingredients and the recipes are very simple to follow. Whether you are looking for protein bars, endurance bars to get you through your next hike, or just simple granola bars to throw in your purse or kid’s lunch box, this book is for you. Even my husband who is a heavy weight lifter and a picky eater has liked the recipes I've tried so far. I highly recommend this book! The author also adds gluten free and vegan alternatives to her recipes.
