    The Power of Stillness is a great little book

    I have been trying to learn to meditate for years. This book takes you on a journey of 30 days each lesson building on the previous one. I'm not through it yet, but if doesn't work - I'll start again at the beginning. The first part of the book is interesting and the author's style of writing is excellent.
